Paul-André Savoie, President du Conseil

Over the years, Paul-André Savoie, founder and chairman of Guardian, has developed extensive expertise in the industry. He is recognized for this role in the 1994 creation of Boomerang, the first security system in Quebec to use cell phone technology to track stolen vehicles. He also founded Datacom in 1999, which created Mobilus, a GPS vehicle recovery system based on AMPS technology, as well as Mobicom, a GPS tracking system built specifically for modern fleet management in Canada.

He put the experience he gained through twelve years working in every branch of the automobile insurance risk management industry together with tens of millions of dollars invested in research and development to create the Guardian line of products. With leading edge technology, these products offer operational and financial models that are simple, flexible and innovative.

Olivier Trottier, General Manager

Olivier Trottier has worked closely with Paul-André Savoie since 1999. In eight years at the side of this renowned visionary and administrator, he has developed solid experience in the automobile insurance risk management industry, particularly auto theft. He holds a Master's degree in International Management from the ESCEM/Sherbrooke, and he extensively studied the European and North American automobile theft problem while at Datacom. Today, he is excited to put that experience to work at Guardian and for the insurance industry in general.

He brings rigour, a structured approach and attention to detail to Guardian, all of which correspond perfectly with the values of Guardian's clients in the insurance industry.

Jo-Anne Michaud, Head of Client Care

For the past 20 years, Jo-Anne Michaud has worked in the client care industry and has acquired solid experience as head office clerk, administrative assistant and technical agent, frequently in businesses connected to the insurance industry. This led her to conclude that working in client care gives her the satisfaction of a job well done. As Head of Client Care, she brings her diligent sense of priorities to the company. With constant devotion, she responds to every Guardian client questions and request. She represents Guardian with professionalism and dedication in her role as key contact for our business partners, including our installers, as well as clients in the general public and the insurance industry.
